The chicken kabob and koobideh were both perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The lady who took our order was also very friendly and provided excellent service.

were the real highlight. I tried Koobideh kebabs. The dish tasted fresh, fragrant, and genuinely Persian, with carefully balanced spices and wonderful textures. The kebabs were tender and full of smoky flavour, while the rice was beautifully prepared, fluffy, and aromatic. I especially enjoyed the traditional flavours that were not covered up by excessive seasoning or sauces. Each bite felt authentic, comforting, and thoughtfully made. Another lovely touch was the Persian music playing in the background. We heard three different Persian songs, and they added so much warmth and character to the dining experience without being too loud. It created a beautiful connection to the culture and made the meal feel even more special. I also want to appreciate the manager, who was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and checked in with us in such a kind way. Alborz is a wonderful place for anyone looking for authentic Persian food, warm hospitality, and a memorable atmosphere in Coquitlam. I will happily return and recommend it to fellow food lovers for another delicious Persian meal soon.

One of the best persian restaurant in town. All kabobs and stews are the best. The food are that good which I cannot choose one portion at the time so I have to order a few option.
